Chainsawman is a shonen manga series by Tatsuki Fujimoto.
Chainsawman takes place in a world where everyconcept has a devil based on it. The more people are afraid of said concept, the more powerfull the devil is. Along side the civillian devil hunters, there are special gorverment orginazetion.
It mainly follows denji, a homeless teenager, turning into a half devil half human hybrid after being killed and being brought back to life by his devil friend pochita. Part 1 follow him joining the pucblic safety to fight devils and part 2 follows him going to school and expoloring his desire to have a normal live along side with wanting to be the chainsawman.
In part 2 we also get intruduced our second protaginst, Asa Mitaka. She is an awkward teenager who start sharing her body with the war devil Yoru after she gets killed.
Chainsawman is a series that explores desire, trauma, sex, love, family and just being a living person in general.
