worst magic school you've ever seen

this is collection of oc's for what I'm calling a "hp parody" world. the bacis concept is; instead of a magical wizardery school every kid dreams of, it's the most trebiable magic school filled with weird and quirky characters. I'm not really planing on making a comic or anything, I don't even have a full story, just some parts of concepts. so insteaded of leting them die in my head and forget about them, I'M just gona put them on here to archive it.

the general lore

how does the magic work?

magic is real and everyone can do it. there's no secret sociaty of wizards, everyone knows magic existes, it just seen as a regualar profesian. however, magic isn't equally distrubated. magic comes from ley lines, it's strongers in some places and weaker in others. the more people use magic, the less stronger the ley line of that aere becomes. because of this, goverments usually regulates magic with licenses. to acuer a lincense you need a wizardery diploma or have been trianed by a wizard who had a license.

... is the worstly ratted magic school ever. the teahers are skecthy, the students are skecthy, the vampire who lives in school for some reason is skecthy. like all magic shcools, school is built in fae teritory. this due to the large amount of students constantly using magic would draing the regular ley lines very easliy and no one could properly learn magic. teritory that claimed by the fae ,where a lot of fae did lived, are intherently magical and never run out of magic energy, like the fae themselfes. in exchance for using their teritory, the schools are obligated to teach the fae who have dificulty doing magic for one reasons or another.these students are known as the "changeling students". most well respected schools has 3 at most at a year, ... has to have 12 of them. the local fae court doesn't like them much

A turkish teen who wasnt' actually planing on becoming a wizard, he was actually trying to aplly to similary named school that focused on science inseated of magic. but he signed the entry documents with his blood and acording to the prinicable told him he would turn into a bird if didnt graduate (or something like that? who explanied it in a very confusing way, filled with random riddles and a story about a prince fight a magic bear?? he kinda stoped listing after he heard something about a bird) so he's stuck in this school. he's not complaing tho, althought he's true pasion is robotics, he ended up enjıying magic and even incorprates it in his work
